The structure is intact, the soundboard shows no problems.  The hammers (shanks/flanges), backchecks and wires were replaced with the highest quality German Renner parts. The key felts and key bushings were replaced and the lyre rebuilt (in 2004).  The action has undergone over 20 hours of detailed regulation.  The pitch is stabilized at A440.  This piano comes with a nearly new Artist bench (padded & adjustable)   See video #1 and #2
